Viabletics (viabletics.com) מופעל על ידי ויאבלטיקס, עוסק פטור 033392341 ("אנחנו", "החברה"). השימוש באתר ובשירות מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המפורטים במסמך זה. אם אינך מסכים לתנאים — נא לא להשתמש בשירות.

מהו השירות

Viabletics הוא כלי דיגיטלי המסייע להעריך רעיונות עסקיים באמצעות שאלון, ניקוד וניתוח מבוסס על התשובות שאתם מזינים. השירות מספק מידע ותובנות לצורך קבלת החלטה עצמאית — הוא אינו ייעוץ עסקי, משפטי, פיננסי או השקעתי מקצועי, ואינו תחליף להתייעצות עם איש מקצוע מוסמך לפני קבלת החלטות עסקיות משמעותיות.

חשבון משתמש

• השימוש בשירות מיועד למי שמלאו לו 18 שנים, או למשתמש מתחת לגיל זה בליווי ובאישור הורה/אפוטרופוס.
• אתם אחראים לשמירה על סודיות פרטי ההתחברות שלכם (אימייל וסיסמה, או חשבון Google מקושר), ולכל פעילות המתבצעת דרך חשבונכם.
• יש לספק פרטים נכונים ועדכניים בעת ההרשמה.
• אנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון במקרה של שימוש לרעה, הפרת תנאים אלה, או פעילות שנחזית כמזיקה לשירות או למשתמשים אחרים.

תשלומים ותוכניות

נכון להיום, השירות מציע מסלול חינמי (בדיקה ראשונה ללא עלות), ומסלולים בתשלום לבדיקות נוספות (למשל בדיקה בודדת נוספת, חבילת בדיקות, או מנוי חודשי ללא הגבלה) — המחירים המדויקים והתכולה המלאה של כל מסלול מוצגים בעמוד הבית בזמן אמת ועשויים להשתנות מעת לעת. בתקופת הבטא הנוכחית, ייתכן שחלק מהמגבלות על מסלול חינמי יוסרו או ישונו לפי שיקול דעתנו, ללא הודעה מוקדמת, כדי לאפשר למשתמשי הבטא גישה מלאה.

• תשלומים עשויים להיות מעובדים באמצעות ספק תשלומים חיצוני המשמש כ־Merchant of Record (המוכר הרשמי) לרכישות באתר, כפי שיוצג לכם במהלך תהליך התשלום — אנו לא שומרים או רואים את פרטי כרטיס האשראי שלכם. עסקת התשלום כפופה גם לתנאי השימוש ולמדיניות ההחזרים של אותו ספק.

• מנוי חודשי מתחדש אוטומטית עד לביטול על ידי המשתמש.

קניין רוחני

כל הזכויות בפלטפורמת Viabletics — לרבות העיצוב, הקוד, השאלונים, מנועי הניקוד והתוכן הכללי — שייכות לחברה. אתם שומרים על הבעלות במידע שאתם מזינים (תיאור הרעיון העסקי שלכם ותשובותיכם), ואינכם מעניקים לנו זכות להשתמש בו למטרות שאינן קשורות למתן השירות עצמו (למשל, שיפור הדוחות שלכם).

הגבלת אחריות

השירות ניתן כפי שהוא ("AS IS"). הציונים, הניתוחים וההמלצות מבוססים אך ורק על הנתונים שאתם מזינים, ואינם מהווים ערובה להצלחה או כישלון של כל מיזם עסקי. איננו אחראים להחלטות עסקיות, פיננסיות או אחרות שתקבלו על סמך השימוש בשירות. האחריות המלאה על כל החלטה עסקית היא שלכם בלבד, ומומלץ להתייעץ עם אנשי מקצוע מוסמכים (רואה חשבון, עורך דין, יועץ עסקי) לפני צעדים משמעותיים.

שימוש אסור

• אין להשתמש בשירות למטרות בלתי חוקיות, להטריד משתמשים אחרים, או לנסות לפגוע באבטחת המערכת.
• אין לנסות לגשת לחשבונות של משתמשים אחרים, לשבש את פעולת השירות, או לבצע קצירת מידע (scraping) אוטומטית ללא אישור מפורש בכתב.

שינויים בשירות ובתנאים

אנו רשאים לעדכן את השירות ואת תנאי שימוש אלה מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יפורסמו בעמוד זה עם תאריך עדכון חדש. המשך השימוש בשירות לאחר פרסום השינויים מהווה הסכמה להם.

הדין החל וסמכות השיפוט

על תנאים אלה ועל השימוש בשירות יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל מחלוקת הנוגעת להם נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל — מבלי לגרוע מכל זכות צרכנית קוגנטית שאינה ניתנת להתניה, העומדת לכם על פי דין מקום מושבכם.

Viabletics (viabletics.com) is operated by VIABLETICS (ויאבלטיקס), a sole proprietorship registered in Israel — VAT-exempt registered business (עוסק פטור) no. 033392341 ("we", "the company"). Using the site and service constitutes agreement to the terms set out in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

What the service is

Viabletics is a digital tool that helps evaluate business ideas through a questionnaire, scoring, and analysis based on the answers you provide. The service provides information and insights to support your own independent decision-making — it is not professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice, and does not replace consulting a qualified professional before making significant business decisions.

User account

• The service is intended for users 18 years or older, or a user under that age with the guidance and consent of a parent/guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential (email and password, or a linked Google account), and for all activity conducted through your account.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• We may suspend or close an account in cases of misuse, violation of these terms, or activity that appears harmful to the service or other users.

Payments and plans

As of today, the service offers a free plan (a first check at no cost), and paid plans for additional checks (e.g., one additional check, a check bundle, or an unlimited monthly subscription) — the exact prices and full content of each plan are shown on the homepage in real time and may change from time to time. During the current beta period, some limits on the free plan may be removed or changed at our discretion, without prior notice, to give beta users full access.

• Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record, as identified during checkout — we do not store or see your credit card details. The payment transaction is also subject to that provider's own terms of use and refund policy.

• A monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled by the user.

Intellectual property

All rights in the Viabletics platform — including its design, code, questionnaires, scoring engines, and general content — belong to the company. You retain ownership of the information you enter (your business idea description and your answers), and you do not grant us any right to use it for purposes unrelated to providing the service itself (for example, improving your own reports).

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "AS IS". Scores, analyses, and recommendations are based solely on the data you enter, and do not guarantee the success or failure of any business venture. We are not responsible for business, financial, or other decisions you make based on using the service. Full responsibility for any business decision rests with you alone, and we recommend consulting qualified professionals (accountant, lawyer, business advisor) before taking significant steps.

Prohibited use

• Do not use the service for illegal purposes, to harass other users, or to attempt to compromise the system's security.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts, disrupt the service's operation, or perform automated data scraping without explicit written permission.

Changes to the service and terms

We may update the service and these terms of use from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes agreement to them.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and your use of the service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them — without derogating from any mandatory consumer right, not subject to waiver, that you may have under the law of your place of residence.
