מה אנחנו מוכרים

Viabletics הוא שירות דיגיטלי מבוסס-מנוי. אנחנו מוכרים גישה למערכת לבדיקת היתכנות של רעיונות עסקיים: בדיקות בודדות, חבילות בדיקות, ומנוי חודשי מתחדש. אין אספקה של מוצר פיזי.

תפקידה של Paddle

הסליקה והחיוב בפועל עבור רכישות באתר מתבצעים דרך Paddle, המשמשת כ־Merchant of Record (המוכר הרשמי) של העסקה. משמעות הדבר היא שעסקת הרכישה נעשית מול Paddle, ולא ישירות מולנו, ולכן היא כפופה גם למדיניות ההחזרים ולתנאי השימוש של Paddle עצמה, לצד המדיניות המפורטת במסמך זה. במקרה של סתירה בין המסמכים, יחולו התנאים הנוחים יותר עבורכם, ככל שהדבר מותר על פי דין.

ביטול והחזר על רכישה חד-פעמית

• ניתן לבקש החזר מלא בתוך 14 יום ממועד הרכישה, כל עוד לא נוצל יותר מדוח אחד.
• אם נוצלו מספר דוחות, נבחן החזר יחסי לפי מה שלא נוצל.
• אם השירות לא עבד כפי שהובטח — נבצע החזר מלא, ללא קשר לניצול.

ביטול מנוי חודשי

• ניתן לבטל מנוי חודשי בכל עת, ללא קנס וללא תקופת התחייבות.
• הביטול נכנס לתוקף בתום תקופת החיוב הנוכחית; הגישה נשמרת עד סוף התקופה ששולמה.
• לא מתבצע חיוב נוסף לאחר הביטול.
• חיוב חודשי שבוצע בטעות או לאחר בקשת ביטול — יוחזר במלואו.

איך מבקשים החזר

שלחו הודעה לכתובת graphicsmarket1@gmail.com עם כתובת האימייל שאיתה נרשמתם ותאריך הרכישה. נשיב תוך 5 ימי עסקים.

החזר שאושר מבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי בלבד, בדרך כלל תוך 5–10 ימי עסקים, בהתאם לזמני חברת האשראי.

מקרים שבהם לא יינתן החזר

• בקשה שהוגשה לאחר יותר מ-14 יום ממועד הרכישה, כשהשירות פעל כשורה.
• ניצול מלא של כל הדוחות שנרכשו בחבילה.
• שימוש לרעה בשירות או הפרה של תנאי השימוש.

זכויות על פי דין

מדיניות זו אינה גורעת מזכויות הקנייה המוקנות לכם על פי חוק הגנת הצרכן בישראל או על פי הדין החל במדינת מגוריכם, לפי הרחב מביניהם.

Viabletics (viabletics.com) is operated by מבריק מהיר ודיגיטלי (legal business name), a sole proprietorship registered in Israel — VAT-exempt registered business (עוסק פטור) no. 033392341. This document explains when a purchase or subscription can be cancelled and refunded.

What we sell

Viabletics is a subscription-based digital service. We sell access to a platform for validating business ideas: single checks, packs of checks, and a recurring monthly subscription. No physical goods are shipped.

Paddle's role

Billing and payment processing for purchases on the site are handled through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. This means the purchase transaction is made with Paddle, not directly with us, and is therefore also subject to Paddle's own refund policy and terms of use, alongside the policy set out in this document. In the event of a conflict between the documents, the terms more favorable to you will apply, to the extent permitted by law.

One-time purchases

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than one report has been generated.
• If several reports were generated, we will consider a partial refund for the unused portion.
• If the service did not work as described, we refund in full regardless of usage.

Monthly subscriptions

• You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time, with no penalty and no lock-in period.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until the paid period ends.
• No further charges are made after cancellation.
• Any charge taken in error, or after a cancellation request, is refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Email graphicsmarket1@gmail.com with the email address used at signup and the purchase date. We reply within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only, normally within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

When a refund is not available

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, where the service worked as described.
• All reports included in a purchased pack have been fully used.
• Misuse of the service or breach of our Terms of Use.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights you may have under Israeli consumer protection law or under the law of your country of residence, whichever is broader.
