אילו נתונים אנחנו אוספים

• כתובת אימייל וסיסמה (מוצפנת) בעת הרשמה — או, אם בחרתם להתחבר עם Google, כתובת האימייל והשם המשויכים לחשבון ה-Google שלכם.
• שפת התצוגה המועדפת עליכם, ובחירתכם לגבי קבלת דיוור שיווקי בעת ההרשמה.
• המידע העסקי והתשובות שאתם מזינים בכלים באתר (למשל נתוני הרעיון/העסק שלכם, תשובות לשאלונים) — משמש להפקת הדוחות והציונים שהמערכת מציגה לכם, ונשמר בחשבונכם כדי שתוכלו לחזור אליו.

עוגיות (Cookies)

בביקורכם הראשון באתר תוצג בפניכם באנר לניהול עוגיות, ובכל עת ניתן לפתוח אותו מחדש דרך הקישור "הגדרות עוגיות" בתחתית העמוד. אנחנו משתמשים בשלוש קטגוריות בלבד:

• חיוניות (תמיד פעילות, לא ניתנות לביטול) — עוגיית ההתחברות לחשבון, עוגיית הניהול (למנהלי המערכת בלבד), והעדפת השפה שלכם. בלעדיהן לא ניתן להשתמש באזור האישי באתר או לשמור רעיונות ודוחות.
• ניתוח נתונים (Analytics — טעינה מותנית באישורכם) — Google Analytics 4 ו-Microsoft Clarity, המשמשים אותנו להבנת דפוסי שימוש כלליים באתר לצורך שיפור המוצר. סקריפטים אלה אינם נטענים כלל עד שתאשרו את הקטגוריה הזו במפורש; אם תדחו או לא תבחרו — הם לא ייטענו בכלל, גם אם הם מוגדרים ופעילים בהגדרות המערכת.
  בנוסף, ורק אם אישרתם את הקטגוריה הזו, נכתבת עוגייה משלנו בשם viab_vid. היא מכילה מספר אקראי בלבד — בלי שם, אימייל, פרופיל או כל פרט מזהה — ומשמשת אך ורק כדי לספור אתכם כמבקר אחד גם אם תחזרו לאתר בימים שונים, במקום להיספר מחדש בכל יום. העוגייה היא HttpOnly (גם קוד ה-JavaScript של האתר אינו קורא אותה), נשמרת עד שנה ומתחדשת בכל ביקור, ואינה נשלחת לאף צד שלישי. אם תדחו את הקטגוריה או תבטלו אישור קודם — היא נמחקת מהדפדפן שלכם בפועל.
• שיווק (Marketing — טעינה מותנית באישורכם) — עוגיית viab_utm, השומרת לאיזה מקור/קמפיין ולאיזה פריט תוכן ספציפי משויכת ההגעה הראשונה שלכם לאתר (עד 90 יום), לצורך מדידת יעילות שיווקית. אין בה מזהה אישי — רק מזהה טכני של הפרסום שדרכו הגעתם. נכתבת רק אם אישרתם את קטגוריית השיווק; אם תדחו — היא לא נכתבת כלל, ואם תבטלו אישור קודם היא נמחקת.

סימני יוטיוב (וידאו) באתר מוצגים כתמונה סטטית עם כפתור הפעלה — הסרטון עצמו (ותקשורתו עם YouTube) נטען רק לאחר שאתם לוחצים להפעיל אותו, לא באופן אוטומטי בטעינת העמוד.

מדידת תנועה בסיסית ללא עוגיות. בנוסף לאמור לעיל, אנחנו מקיימים ספירת תנועה תפעולית משלנו, בשרתים שלנו בלבד, כדי לדעת כמה אנשים מבקרים באתר ואילו עמודים נצפים. מדידה זו אינה כותבת עוגייה, אינה שומרת דבר במכשיר שלכם, ואינה אוספת מידע מזהה. כדי לא לספור את אותו מבקר פעמיים באותו יום, נוצר מזהה טכני חד-כיווני (hash) מצירוף של מפתח סודי המתחלף אצלנו מדי יום, כתובת ה-IP והגדרות הדפדפן שנשלחות ממילא בכל בקשה. כתובת ה-IP עצמה אינה נשמרת בשום שלב, והמזהה אינו ניתן לשחזור לאחור ואינו מאפשר לזהות אתכם או לעקוב אחריכם בין ימים או בין אתרים. נשמרים רק נתונים מצטברים: מספר מבקרים, עמודים שנצפו, סוג מכשיר ודפדפן, ומקור ההפניה. מכיוון שאין כאן אחסון במכשיר ואין מידע אישי, מדידה זו מתבצעת גם ללא אישור קטגוריית ה-Analytics — היא נדרשת לתפעול תקין של האתר ולהבנת עומסים ושימוש.

עם מי אנחנו משתפים מידע

איננו מוכרים את המידע שלכם לאף גורם. אנחנו משתפים מידע מוגבל עם ספקי שירות הדרושים להפעלת האתר בלבד:

• Google — לצורך התחברות עם חשבון Google (אם נבחרה אפשרות זו) ולצורך Google Analytics.
• Brevo — שירות שליחת אימיילים (למשל איפוס סיסמה והתראות חשבון).
• ספק התשלומים — ספק תשלומים חיצוני, המשמש כ־Merchant of Record (המוכר הרשמי) לרכישות באתר, כפי שיוצג לכם במהלך תהליך התשלום. כאשר אתם רוכשים תכונה/מנוי בתשלום, פרטי כרטיס האשראי מוזנים ומאוחסנים ישירות אצל אותו ספק — אנחנו לא רואים ולא שומרים את פרטי הכרטיס שלכם.

העברת מידע בינלאומית

חלק מספקי השירות שלנו (כגון Google, Brevo וספק התשלומים שלנו) עשויים לעבד מידע בשרתים הממוקמים מחוץ לישראל, לרבות באיחוד האירופי ובארצות הברית. אנחנו עובדים רק עם ספקים המחויבים לתקני אבטחת מידע מקובלים, ומעבירים מידע רק במידה הנדרשת לצורך אספקת השירות.

למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע

• להפעלת החשבון שלכם ולהצגת הדוחות/הציונים שביקשתם.
• לשליחת אימיילים חיוניים לתפעול החשבון (למשל איפוס סיסמה).
• לעיבוד תשלומים עבור תכונות בתשלום, אם רכשתם כאלה.
• להבנת דפוסי שימוש כלליים לצורך שיפור האתר, ולדיוור שיווקי — רק אם אישרתם זאת בעת ההרשמה.

שמירת המידע

המידע נשמר כל עוד חשבונכם פעיל. תוכלו לבקש מחיקה של החשבון והמידע הנלווה אליו בכל עת, בפנייה לכתובת המצוינת למטה.

הזכויות שלכם

• לבקש עותק של המידע השמור אצלנו עליכם.
• לבקש תיקון של מידע לא מדויק או לא מעודכן שלכם.
• לבקש מחיקה של החשבון והמידע הנלווה אליו.
• להסיר את עצמכם מרשימת הדיוור השיווקי בכל עת.
• לפנות אלינו בכל שאלה בנוגע לפרטיותכם.

מדיניות בנוגע לקטינים

השירות מיועד למשתמשים בגירים (18+) ואינו מיועד לשימוש על ידי קטינים. איננו אוספים במודע מידע מקטינים. אם ייוודע לנו כי נאסף מידע מקטין ללא הסכמת הורה או אפוטרופוס, נפעל למחוק אותו בהקדם האפשרי.

Who we are

Viabletics (viabletics.com) is operated by VIABLETICS (ויאבלטיקס), a sole proprietorship registered in Israel — VAT-exempt registered business (עוסק פטור) no. 033392341. This document explains what data we collect when you use the site, why, and who we share it with.

What data we collect

• Your email address and password (encrypted) when you sign up — or, if you choose to sign in with Google, the email address and name associated with your Google account.
• Your preferred display language, and your choice about receiving marketing emails at signup.
• The business information and answers you enter into the site's tools (e.g., your idea/business data, questionnaire answers) — used to generate the reports and scores the system shows you, and saved to your account so you can return to it.

Cookies

On your first visit we show a cookie consent banner, and you can reopen it anytime via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. We use exactly three categories:

• Necessary (always on, can't be disabled) — the login session cookie, the admin session cookie (staff only), and your language preference. Without these, the personal account area can't be used and ideas/reports can't be saved.
• Analytics (loads only if you consent) — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, used to understand overall usage patterns to improve the product. These scripts never load at all until you actively accept this category; if you reject or don't decide, they simply never load, even though they are configured and active in the system settings.
  In addition, and only if you accept this category, we set our own cookie named viab_vid. It holds a random number only — no name, email, profile or identifying detail — and is used solely to count you as one visitor even if you return on different days, instead of being counted anew each day. The cookie is HttpOnly (not even the site's own JavaScript reads it), lasts up to a year and refreshes on each visit, and is never sent to any third party. If you reject the category or withdraw a previous acceptance, it is actually deleted from your browser.
• Marketing (loads only if you consent) — the viab_utm cookie, which records which source, campaign and specific content item first brought you to the site (kept for up to 90 days), used to measure marketing effectiveness. It contains no personal identifier — only a technical reference to the post you arrived through. It's written only if you accept the Marketing category; if you reject, it's never written, and if you later withdraw a prior acceptance, it's deleted.

YouTube videos on the site are shown as a static thumbnail with a play button — the video itself (and its communication with YouTube) only loads after you click to play it, not automatically on page load.

Cookieless basic traffic measurement. Separately from the above, we run our own operational traffic count, entirely on our own servers, to know how many people visit the site and which pages are viewed. This measurement sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and collects no identifying information. So that the same visitor isn't counted twice on the same day, we derive a one-way technical identifier (a hash) from a secret key that we rotate daily, your IP address, and the browser settings your device already sends with every request. The IP address itself is never stored, the identifier cannot be reversed, and it cannot identify you or follow you across days or across sites. Only aggregate data is kept: visitor counts, pages viewed, device and browser type, and referral source. Because nothing is stored on your device and no personal data is involved, this measurement runs even without Analytics consent — it is necessary for operating the site and understanding load and usage.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data to anyone. We share limited data only with service providers needed to run the site:

• Google — for Google sign-in (if you choose that option) and for Google Analytics.
• Brevo — our email delivery service (e.g., password resets and account notifications).
• Payment provider — a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record for purchases made on the site, as identified during checkout. When you purchase a paid feature/subscription, your card details are entered and stored directly by that provider — we do not see or store your card details.

International data transfer

Some of our service providers (such as Google, Brevo, and our payment provider) may process data on servers located outside Israel, including in the EU and the United States. We only work with providers committed to accepted data-security standards, and transfer data only to the extent required to provide the service.

Why we use this data

• To operate your account and show you the reports/scores you requested.
• To send essential account emails (e.g., password resets).
• To process payments for paid features, if you've purchased any.
• To understand overall usage patterns to improve the site, and for marketing emails — only if you opted in at signup.

Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, by contacting the address below.

Your rights

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information about you.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• Contact us with any question about your privacy.

Children's policy

The service is intended for adult users (18+) and is not intended for use by minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that data was collected from a minor without parental or guardian consent, we will act to delete it as soon as possible.
