Viabletics (מופעל על ידי מבריק מהיר ודיגיטלי, עוסק מורשה 033392341) רואה חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני ונגיש לכלל המשתמשים, כולל אנשים עם מוגבלות. אנו פועלים להנגשת האתר בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, תשנ"ח-1998, תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), תשע"ג-2013, ותקן ישראלי ת"י 5568 המבוסס על WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA.

חשוב לדעת: הנגשה היא תהליך מתמשך. איננו מצהירים על עמידה מלאה (100%) בכל דרישות התקן בכל עמוד באתר בכל רגע נתון — אנו מתעדים כאן במדויק מה נבדק ותוקן בפועל, ומה עדיין בעבודה.

מה נבדק ותוקן בפועל (נכון לתאריך העדכון)

• דף הבית הציבורי (viabletics.com) — עבר בדיקה וניקוי מקיף: ניגודיות צבעים (WCAG AA), תוויות טפסים, מבנה סמנטי (header/nav/main), נגישות מקלדת מלאה לכל הכפתורים והקישורים, אינדיקציית פוקוס ברורה, וטבלאות עם גלילה אופקית נגישות מהמקלדת.
• דפי מידע ציבוריים נוספים (שאלות נפוצות, אבחונים, עמודי כלים, מדיניות פרטיות, תנאי שימוש) — עברו אותו תהליך הנגשה.
• אזור המערכת שדורש התחברות (שאלונים, דוחות, מרכז ההחלטות, סביבת העבודה, החשבון האישי) — עבר סבב הנגשה מקיף: תיוג ARIA לעדכוני תוכן דינמיים (aria-live), המרת רכיבים לחיצים שלא היו נגישים למקלדת לכפתורים סמנטיים אמיתיים, תוויות לשדות טופס, כותרות טבלה במקומות הרלוונטיים, מצבי "מושבת" ברורים, וניגודיות צבעים מתוקנת. קישור להצהרה זו זמין כעת גם מתוך אזור החשבון האישי.

איך נבדקה הנגישות

• סריקה אוטומטית בכלי axe-core.
• בדיקה ידנית של קוד המקור: מבנה סמנטי, ARIA, תוויות, ניגודיות צבעים (חישוב מדויק לפי נוסחת WCAG, לא הערכה חזותית בלבד).
• אימות נגישות מקלדת ברמת מבנה ה-DOM (סדר טאבים, מוקד תקין, אלמנטים הניתנים למיקוד) בדפדפן Chrome.

עבור אזור המערכת המחובר: האימות האחרון בוצע ברמת קוד — הושוותה גרסת הקוד הפרוסה היום ב-production מול הקוד שעבר את סבב ההנגשה, ואומת שהתיקונים (ARIA, כפתורים סמנטיים, תוויות, ניגודיות) אכן נמצאים בגרסה החיה. בדיקה חיה חוזרת עם משתמש מחובר אמיתי, מקלדת פיזית וקורא מסך לא בוצעה בסבב הנוכחי. לא בוצעה בדיקה עם קורא מסך על גבי מכשיר פיזי (למשל NVDA/JAWS) באף סבב עד כה — האימות בוצע ברמת קוד ומבנה נגישות בלבד. זוהי מגבלה מוכרת, לא הצהרה שהבדיקה בוצעה.

שימוש במקלדת ותמיכה בטכנולוגיות מסייעות

ניתן לנווט בדף הבית ובעמודי המידע הציבוריים באמצעות מקלדת בלבד (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Escape), כולל טפסים, תפריט השפה, ומודאלים. אלמנטים אינטראקטיביים מציגים אינדיקציית פוקוס ברורה.

מגבלות ידועות

• אזור המערכת שדורש התחברות עבר סבב הנגשה (תיוג ARIA, כפתורים סמנטיים, תוויות, ניגודיות, כותרות טבלה) שאומת מול axe-core בסביבת בדיקה, ואומת שהקוד הפרוס כיום ב-production תואם את מה שנבדק. בדיקה חיה עם משתמש מחובר אמיתי, מקלדת פיזית וקורא מסך טרם בוצעה.
• בדף הבית קיים אזור עיצובי דקורטיבי (אנימציית רקע) שנבדק חלקית לגבי ניגודיות מעל רקע גרדיאנט מונפש — הטקסט הדקורטיבי סומן כך שאינו נחשף לקוראי מסך.
• בתפריט הניווט העליון במסך מובייל צר, חלק מקישורי הניווט אינם מוצגים ואין עדיין תפריט המבורגר חלופי; ניתן להגיע לאותם עמודים דרך תחתית העמוד (Footer).
• לא בוצעה בדיקה עם קורא מסך על מכשיר פיזי (ראו סעיף "איך נבדקה הנגישות").

תכני צד שלישי

האתר עושה שימוש בשירות התחברות של Google (Google Sign-In). נגישות הרכיב המוטמע של Google אינה בשליטתנו המלאה ומסתמכת על התאמות הנגישות של Google עצמה.

הסדרי נגישות פיזיים

השירות של Viabletics ניתן באופן מקוון. אין קבלת קהל במקום פיזי.

Our commitment

Viabletics (operated by Mavrik Maher VeDigitali, registered business 033392341) is committed to providing an equal and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to make the site accessible in line with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law (1998), the related Service Accessibility Regulations (2013), and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA.

Important: accessibility is an ongoing process. We do not claim full (100%) compliance with every requirement on every page at all times — this page documents precisely what has actually been tested and fixed, and what is still in progress.

What has actually been tested and fixed (as of the update date)

• The public homepage (viabletics.com) — received a thorough pass: WCAG AA color contrast, form labels, semantic structure (header/nav/main), full keyboard accessibility for all buttons and links, clear focus indication, and keyboard-accessible horizontally-scrolling tables.
• Additional public information pages (FAQ, assessments, tool pages, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use) — received the same treatment.
• The logged-in product area (questionnaires, reports, Decision Center, Workspace, Account) — received a thorough accessibility pass: ARIA wiring for dynamic content updates (aria-live), converting clickable elements that were not keyboard-reachable into real semantic buttons, form field labels, table headers where applicable, clear disabled states, and corrected color contrast. A link to this statement is now also available from the Account area.

How accessibility was tested

• Automated scanning with axe-core.
• Manual source-code review: semantic structure, ARIA, labels, and color contrast (computed precisely using the WCAG luminance formula, not eyeballed).
• Keyboard-accessibility verification at the DOM/structure level (tab order, focus state, focusable elements) in the Chrome browser.

For the logged-in product area: the latest verification was code-level — the version currently deployed to production was compared against the code that went through the accessibility pass, confirming the fixes (ARIA, semantic buttons, labels, contrast) are genuinely present in the live version. A fresh live test with a real logged-in account, a physical keyboard, and a screen reader was not performed in this round. No testing was performed with a screen reader on physical hardware (e.g. NVDA/JAWS) in any round to date — verification was code- and structure-based. This is a disclosed limitation, not a claim that such testing occurred.

Keyboard use and assistive technology support

The homepage and public information pages can be navigated using a keyboard alone (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Escape), including forms, the language menu, and modals. Interactive elements show a clear focus indicator.

Known limitations

• The logged-in product area went through an accessibility pass (ARIA wiring, semantic buttons, labels, contrast, table headers) verified against axe-core in a test environment, and the code currently deployed to production was confirmed to match what was tested. A live test with a real logged-in account, a physical keyboard, and a screen reader has not yet been performed.
• The homepage includes a decorative animated background element whose contrast over the animated gradient could not be fully automatically verified; the decorative text itself is hidden from screen readers.
• On narrow mobile screens, some top navigation links are hidden with no alternate menu yet; the same pages remain reachable via the page footer.
• No physical-device screen-reader testing was performed (see "How accessibility was tested").

Third-party content

The site uses Google Sign-In. The accessibility of Google's embedded component is not fully within our control and relies on Google's own accessibility work.

Physical accessibility arrangements

Viabletics provides its services online and does not currently provide in-person public reception at a physical location.
